Metal Stamping, Precision CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication and Laser Cutting
 MACHINING CAPABILITIES: We offer and represent ISO certified companies that are competent in Complete Metal Stamping, Precision CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Laser Cutting, MIG and TIG Welding & Metal Fabricating Services. Some parameters of our Stamping Services:
Presses from 20 to 200 tons
Presses are capable of 25 to 60 strokes per minute with coil feed.
Dies are either manual or progressive depending on the quality and design of the parts.
Dies are made of high quality steel, to ensure a long manufacturing life.
General thicknesses stamped are from .015 to .375 of an inch.
CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication:
SHEET METAL
CNC Punch Presses
We can manufacturer sheet metal components on one of our three automated CNC punch presses. These presses are capable of accepting a 4' x 8' and 4' x 12' sheet of material. The presses punch aluminum and steel to a thickness of 3/16".
BRAKE PRESSES
Parts are formed utilizing presses from 60 to 125 tons. The brake presses are fully CNC automated and capable of accepting material and bending aluminum 5/16" thick to 10 feet in length, and steel 1/4" thick to 10 feet long.
LASER
We use a state of the art laser cutting Finpower 4000 watt machine. This laser machine is capable of cutting various material, such as: wood, plastic, aluminum 1/8" or thinner, and steel to 3/4 of an inch thick.
Fast and efficient laser cutting is the method to be used for both simple and complex shapes on flat material.
We are capable of receiving electronic files in the following formats:
PDF, IGS, DXF, DWG, SAT, AND SLDPRT
